Can you please assist me? I was locked out of my Bybit account because of some technical issue with Bybit's "forgot password" process. It is very important that I access my account as soon as possible. I received responses to the two emails I sent to support about the issue. They required me to fill out the web forms. I filled out both and returned them 5 days ago but have gotten no further communications. My Case #17791772 and #17811441.
